Celebrating Kindness
Classrooms have been discussing the value of kindness with Ms. Leman, our amazing School Adjustment Counselor. Students reflected on ways they demonstrate kindness and illustrated a "brick" for our Wall of Kindness. It's an impressive project; please take a look next visit to Clyde Brown!
Wild Weather - Do You Remember?
Mrs. Valluzzi's students researched famous weather happenings to gain an appreciation of the power of Mother Nature! Teams scripted a sample weather forecast with details of the storm and tips on how to stay prepared.
A Tour of Clyde Brown Elementary
Matthew Gavigan, a third-grade student at Clyde Brown Elementary filmed and wrote this video tour of Clyde Brown. THe video is linked on the right under the CFB Link. Matt's family bid on this activity at the recent Home & School auction. Congratulations Matt - you did a terrific job!
Keep Sharp This Summer !
Help your student(s) stay sharp in Math and Reading this summer!
Please encourage them to participate in the Millis Public Library Summer Reading Program. Summer is a great time to read for enjoyment; as students complete a book they may add it to their Summer Reading Log. A fun celebration awaits those who participate!
Our summer math calendars are a fun, easy way to keep students thinking mathematically. Post them on your refrigerator and see how many they can check off!
Family Bingo Night - Save The Date!
Mark your calendars for an evening of family fun! On Friday evening, March 4, CFB Staff is hosting a Family Bingo Night to supplement Technology purchases for our classrooms. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the games will take place between 6:00-8:00 p.m. Come enjoy prizes, refreshments and fun! Details on cost will be posted soon. BINGO!
