Copyrighted
materials belonging to entities other than the Millis Public Schools may not be
transmitted by users on the Internet. One copy of copyrighted material may be
downloaded for your personal use in research. Users are not permitted to copy,
transfer, rename, add, or delete information or programs belonging to other users
unless given express permission to do so by the owner. Failure to observe copyright
or license agreements may result in disciplinary action by the administration or
legal action by the copyright owner.
By using the
Millis Network, authorized users understand and agree that they shall be solely
responsible for any potential copyright infringements issues and that, in the event
that further action is taken by the copyright owner with respect to the authorized
user, the authorized user shall be fully liable for said action and the Millis Public
Schools shall be under no obligation to indemnify or defend said user.
