Enrollment Forms and Information for the 2017-2018 School Year is coming soon.
1. Will parents need to stand in line on a certain date to deliver their forms?
No. Forms will be made available on a certain date (to be determined.) There will be a deadline to return your forms. We will then have a lottery with all forms received by the deadline if necessary.
2. If we get more inquiries than we can accommodate, will children already in the program receive priority?
Yes. First priority will go to children already enrolled. Second priority will go to siblings of children already enrolled. Third priority will go to all others.
First priority in the Child Care Center (children 15-33 months) goes to children of Millis Public School staff. Second priority goes to siblings of already enrolled Extended Day children and children of Millis Town Employees. Third priority will go to all others.
3. When will forms be available?
We do not have availability dates or deadlines as yet. Among other things, we are looking at streamlining the process so that parents have the other information they need (such as preschool times, kindergarten placements, etc.) before enrolling in our programs. The goal is for parents to know what their true needs are in terms of childcare first, so that we can process forms accordingly.
4. How will I know when forms are available? I don't want to miss the deadline.
We will post forms to the website as soon as they are available. In addition, we will send a Listserve. Please keep an eye on your email. We will also allow enough time between the posting and the deadline so that if you check back once a week or so, you will not miss out.
